The Aegis formulation Development team continuously strives to develop new formulations, improve manufacturing processes, enhance process efficiency and develop new products. Formulation development is equipped with small scale machinery to undertake pilot batches and validation batches under cGMP conditions.

In house capability to review and evaluate systems, equipment and instrumentation. Building Management System (BMS) fully controls and records critical parameters of the HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system.

Our Fully equipped analytical laboratory is capable of testing all raw materials, in process materials and finished products as per current pharmacopoeia or in house standards. Analytical methods are validated. An independent Q.C. air conditioning system allows monitoring and control of temperature and relative humidity.

Our blistering line can blister in PVC/AL and PVC-PVDC/AL tablets of various sizes and capsules of all sizes.

Our semi-automatic carton packing line is flexible and capable of cartoning all sizes of cartons for our wide range of customers and markets
