	HISTORY

	1989 AEGIS Pharmaceuticals was established by Dr. Nicolas Stylianides in Nicosia, Cyprus. 1994 Aegis 1 manufacturing plant started operations. 2004 The second manufacturing plant, Aegis 2 started operations. 2010 - Aegis 2 was expanded along with the Q.C. department. - AEGIS Pharmaceuticals Germany was established. - AEGIS Pharmaceuticals forms a strategic coalition with leading Pharmaceutical Companies. This resulted to the establishment of one of the largest pipelines of the latest generic products, developed to a state-of-the-art laboratory.
